We do not store, index, train on, or retain customer data beyond what is required to complete an active engagement. Every session is scoped to the agreed project boundaries, audited, and closed upon completion or termination of the engagement.

For customers on our Standard API deployment tier, NexusPort AI operates under a Zero Data Retention commitment. Under this agreement:

• Customer data is processed in memory or ephemeral storage only for the duration required to complete authorized tasks
• No customer content is persisted, indexed, or used for model training after the session or engagement ends
• Processing logs are limited to operational metadata required for audit and security, not customer file or record content

Private Cloud and On-Prem / Air-Gapped deployments may offer additional data residency controls as defined in your enterprise agreement.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest (AES-256) where applicable
• Role-based access controls and least-privilege principles
• Multi-factor authentication for internal systems
• Immutable audit logging of platform and administrative actions
• Regular security reviews and vulnerability management

We use standard cloud infrastructure providers to deliver NexusPort AI, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure, depending on your selected deployment tier and region.

These providers process data on our behalf under contractual data protection obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

• GDPR (EEA/UK) — right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection
• CCPA/CPRA (California) — right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain data sharing (we do not sell personal information)
